Our software gives you the possibility to take total control of the plant. When a new product is created, the data is read and analysed. All the different tightenings for that product with its respecitve options are identified. The product is tracked using either RFID tags or GPS tracking. When the product reaches an assembly station, the serial number is read. The software identifies which tightenings are required for that product in that station. At the end of the line, the software indicates if all of the tightenings were executed correctly, and the product can be delivered to the customer knowing that the quality can be guaranteed and the product is of the highest standard.
