A bearing is assembled onto the lower frame of an excavator as part of its rotating function. All bolts are correctly tightened in order for the bearing to withstand all high forces that it is submitted to during use. We developed several fixed and mobile solutions using dedicated high torque 'crowfoots‘ up to 3500 Nm in order to overcome the accessibility challenges encountered including an integrated industrial computer for traceability, using a WiFi connection to the plants network database.
