For a manufacturer of hydraulic valves, tightening's using different sizes of bolts, nuts and plugs. The challenge was to accomplish this using only two DC tools: one for he lower torque joints (hand-held angle tool) and one with a high capacity angle nutrunner. Two socket trays were built to be able to tighten all the different joint sizes. The socket tray is connected to the computer to ensure the right socket is selected for the right tightening; if not the nutrunner will not be enabled. The computer shows the operator what handling he should do next. A brake system absorbs the reaction forces for the high torque angle tool in all the different tightening directions.
